By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies available on our website.

Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You may not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, or interference with its operation.

Products and Pricing
We sell kitchen cookware, including cast iron and enameled cast iron pieces. Refer to each product page for the item's dimensions, capacity, materials, included components, and care instructions. Colors may appear different depending on your screen. Do not assume that all products share the same stovetop compatibility or oven temperature limit.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Product prices, availability, and promotions may change before an order is placed. We do not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified, we will contact you. We may cancel an affected order and refund any amount collected for it. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

Changes and Cancellations
Email info@riverhaventrading.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and the requested change. We will accommodate the request if the order has not entered fulfillment. Requests are not guaranteed, even within 24 hours, because processing may already have started. If we cannot cancel an order, eligible items may be returned under our Refund Policy. This does not limit cancellation rights that apply to shipment delays or under applicable law.

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery areas, delivery estimates, return eligibility, return shipping costs, and refunds. Please review them before ordering.

Product Use and Consumer Rights
Follow the instructions supplied with your cookware and the guidance on its product page. Damage caused by misuse, overheating, impact, or improper care is not a product defect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits our responsibility where doing so is prohibited by law.

Content belonging to Riverhaven Trading or its licensors, including text, photographs, graphics, and logos, may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by Kentucky law and applicable U.S. federal law, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in your state. The terms and policies in effect when you place an order apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.
